Return & Refund Policy — MadeVibez LLC

Due to the nature of ingestible and consumable hemp‑derived products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a resolution as appropriate.

We cannot accept returns based on:

• Taste preferences

• Effects or lack of effects

• Ordering the wrong product

• Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
