Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about the approval/rejection
- If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (images/video).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged/incorrect product we will cover shipping
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received contact us
