At Made Vibez Co, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval/rejection
  • If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (images/video).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged/incorrect product we will cover shipping

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still not received contact us
