MadeVibez sells hemp‑derived products compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. All products contain less than 0.3% Delta‑9 THC by dry weight.

These products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You are responsible for understanding your local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp‑derived products. MadeVibez is not responsible for orders seized due to local regulations.

4. Orders & Payments

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. MadeVibez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Returns

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact MadeVibez to resolve any issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and reporting to payment networks.
